Initiate Request
Log in to your Pothys account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request.
Quality Check & Packing
Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original silk marks and price tags attached before securely packing it in the original box.
Pickup Arrangement
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will visit your address within 48 hours to collect the package and provide a tracking receipt.
Refund Processing
After the item undergoes a quality inspection at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
